The gallery is designed to align naturally with your venue’s concept, mission, and brand identity.

I develop a cohesive narrative that connects your space with the artwork, creating a story that flows through the gallery experience and all marketing materials.

Curated Artwork Selection for Your Space

Together we will curate a selection of artworks from my collection that complements the atmosphere, aesthetic, and audience of your space.

We’ll determine the number of pieces, sizing, and framing or installation approach to ensure the collection fits naturally within your venue and aligns with your environment, clientele, and budget.

Custom Venue Layout & Gallery Transformation

I review your space and design two intentional layouts: one for Opening Night and one for the long-term integrated gallery.

For Opening Night, the venue is thoughtfully transformed into a gallery experience designed to highlight the artwork and support guest flow throughout the event.

After the event, the exhibition transitions into an integrated gallery layout where the artwork enhances the atmosphere of your venue while maintaining natural customer traffic and uninterrupted day-to-day operations.

Exhibition Installation Design

Artwork installation is thoughtfully planned based on your venue’s lighting, wall space, and overall design. It is meant to integrate seamlessly and intentionally with your space.

Together we determine the most appropriate presentation approach so the exhibition feels intentional, professional, and visually impactful for both the Opening Night event and the ongoing gallery.

Full Exhibition & Event Management

My background in event production, project management, creative direction, and social media strategy ensures the entire gallery experience runs seamlessly.

After our initial clarity session and venue walk through, I create a detailed project roadmap including timeline, budget considerations, material needs, and step-by-step action items organized in a shared Notion board. You’ll have full visibility into the process while I manage the coordination. Tasks assigned to you as the host venue are minimal, flexible, and supported with reminders and guidance.

Marketing Strategy & Social Media Promotion

A structured marketing plan is developed to promote both the Opening Night event and the gallery exhibition.

Promotion begins four weeks prior to Opening Night and continues two weeks after, including:

  • 3–4 posts or reels per week
  • Custom visual content designed for the exhibition
  • Cross-promotion between both of our audiences

All visuals and content are created by me, with scheduling and posting guidance provided for your team when needed.

Opening Night Event Direction

Opening Night is supported with strategic event planning and creative direction.

This includes layout planning, collaboration or vendor sourcing, timeline coordination, entertainment and atmosphere direction, refreshments and raffle organization, and overall event flow to create a memorable evening for your guests.

Artist Collaboration & Ongoing Support

Throughout the duration of the gallery, I remain available for ongoing support, adjustments, and exhibition maintenance.

This ensures the gallery continues to feel polished, intentional, and aligned with the original vision.

Gallery Sales & Exhibition Management

All artwork sales are digitalized and automated. Managed independently through my e-commerce, guests can easily view and purchase the pieces using QR codes without interrupting your venue’s operations.

I manage the sales process throughout the exhibition and remain available for any maintenance or adjustments. For larger pieces that sell, packaging and pickup will be coordinated and agreed upon in advance.

Exclusive Opening Night Print Release (Optional add-on)

A custom limited-edition print can be designed exclusively for your gallery exhibition and released on Opening Night.

This print is created specifically for your venue and the exhibition concept, offering guests a collectible piece connected to the event. Limited prints often become a popular purchase option for visitors who want to take part in the experience while supporting the artist.

The exclusive print release can also be incorporated into the Opening Night promotion and marketing to create additional excitement around the event.

    During our 20-min Host Venue Discovery Call we talk about your space, your community, and what kind of gallery experience could live naturally inside your venue.

    If we feel mutually feel we are a good fit, we schedule a walkthrough of the venue where we will have final confirmation of our collaboration.

  • 2. Gallery Takes Shape

    Planning and Promotion:

    Once I have done a walkthrough of your venue and we decide to officially collaborate, I’ll take it from here.

    I’ll begin curating the artwork, shaping the gallery concept, creating content, and building our shared Notion Board where you can follow along step-by-step…or not! Your level of involvement is up to you as the gallery is thoughtfully designed to fit your space and create a meaningful experience for your guests without the added burden to your day-to-day operations.

    This means, To-do’s will remain minimal and manageable with guidance and touch-points throughout this planning and promotion phase.

  • 3. We Prepare to Host

    It’s Show Time:

    Together we prepare the venue for Opening Night.

    Artwork is installed, refreshments, itinerary, and collaborations confirmed, and final promotion is pushed, as your venue becomes the most anticipated event of the weekend and your space transforms into a place where art and community meet.

    Opening Night:

    We welcome guests for the 1-2 day launch event.

    People come to explore the artwork, connect with the story behind the collection, and experience your space in a fresh new way.

  • 5. Gallery Lives in Your Space

    Gallery Integration:

    After the opening, the gallery is transformed once again to integrate seamlessly with your venue. It will remain as part of your space for the duration of the exhibition establishing your venue as a cultural destination.

    Guests continue discovering the artwork as they visit, allowing the experience to continue beyond Opening Night adding value and revenue to your business without the upkeep.

    No Upkeep:

    Enjoy passive revenue and added value to your business without the added workload. Gallery maintenance and management will remain my key responsibility as our partnership continues for the duration of the exhibition in your space. Artwork sales are fully digitalized and automated to avoid interruption to your operations while large piece packaging and delivery will be coordinated and negotiated in advance.

Sometimes the exhibition lives along one feature wall. Other times the artwork is placed throughout the venue so guests can discover pieces as they move through the space.

Even smaller spaces can create a beautiful gallery experience. Determining the art potential of your space is part of the process and my expertise.

How much work is required from the venue to host a gallery?

Very little.

The Pop-Up Gallery is designed to be a collaborative but easy experience for hosts. I guide the creative process, organize the artwork, and prepare everything needed for the exhibition.

You simply help confirm the dates and provide the space. The rest is handled together step by step.

How long does a Pop-Up Gallery stay in the space?

Every gallery is a little different.

Some exhibitions are centered around a single opening event, while others remain in the space for a few weeks so guests can continue discovering the artwork over time.

We decide on the timeline together so it fits naturally within your venue.

Do I need to have experience hosting art events?

Not at all.

Most venues hosting a Pop-Up Gallery have never done anything like this before. I guide the process so everything feels clear, comfortable, and easy for you.

The goal is simply to bring art into your space in a natural and thoughtful way.
